Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Cheri Moda. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Matterhorn Wholesale’s return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
• Sale or clearance items are non‑returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

1. Contact Us — Email our customer service at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Prepare Your Parcel — Repack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Ship to Our Supplier — We will provide you with the return address of our supplier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved by Matterhorn.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

• All returns must be sent to the address as written in the delivery box.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
